Welcome Spring! The flowers are beginning to poke through the earth and the days are lengthening. We are at the precipice of the seasons changing. Here in the Midwest that means we are in a season shifts. Not quite spring and not fully winter any longer. Spring is the perfect time to focus on nurturing the seeds of personal intentions we planted during the darker months. Finding stillness and offering ourselves opportunities to connect to our mind, body, and spirit are more important during these busy months than ever. Sound, Reiki and Energy Medicine sessions are the perfect way to release stress and prepare for the busy summer.
